Proprietary asset operations in which we enjoy a long-term take-or-pay or tariff-type sales contract. We have an extensive young portfolio of proprietary concession-type assets, where income is regulated by means of long-term guaranteed (take-or-pay) contracts or power purchase agreements. Concessions focus on the energy sector, including both electrical power generation and transmission, the water segment, and singular building construction.
